We have several shipping options.
Lumber and smaller items can be shipped UPS if it is under 108 inches and does not exceed 150 lbs. Anything exceeding 95” in length typically is charged as an oversized item charge.
We ship our tables, benches and garden box kits on hand-built custom-made pallets. All pallet freight will be shipped to the XPO terminal dock closest to your address. We ship to the terminal address to avoid hidden fees that could be added during the transit process.
The customer/consignee is responsible for picking up the shipment from the terminal within 48 hours of its arrival. You will be notified by the terminal when it arrives. Any additional shipping to home or place of business is the responsibility of the customer/consignee.
We ship three pallet dimensions based on the pallet length. Products may be combined onto pallet stacks up to 72” height.
Option One: For products under 48” length
Pallet Size: 48” length by 40” Width
Option Two: For products 72” length or less
Pallet Size: 75” Length by 40” Width
Option Three: For products over 48” L, under 90” Length
Pallet Size: 95” Length by 40” Width
Any shipments exceeding these dimensional parameters are subject to additional fees and are considered “Specialty Pallet Orders”. Quotes and shipping on “Specialty Pallet Orders” may not be immediately available from April through September. During these months, you may be placed on a waiting list until we can fulfill your order.
