Our main priority at Redwood Northwest is to provide high-quality products, exceptional service, and a fair price. If there’s a problem with an order, you won’t speak with a run-of-the-mill customer service rep, you’ll be helped by the owner, Tom, or his son, Chuck. We have high standards for quality and service and prioritize those values above all.
Returns and Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy and returns and exchanges are evaluated on an individual basis. Products returned or exchanged must be received in the original condition and lumber must be dry and clean. A 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns.
If you receive a defective product or find that an item was not assembled properly, we are happy to replace the item free of charge, but the customer is responsible for return freight back to our Eugene, Oregon facility. We take the utmost care to prepare orders properly for shipping, but when damage does occur, the claim is settled between the shipping company, the customer, and the vendor. Occasionally, redwood can crack or check when exposed to changing weather conditions, which is not covered under our warranty.
